At this stage, please only send the documents necessary for us to assess whether Civil Litigation Consultancy may be able to assist. If we are able to consider the matter further, you will be invited to proceed with a Case Review at £125.

This appointment is intended for clients who would prefer to speak through the circumstances of their case rather than submit a free written enquiry (Discuss Your Case) first. During the consultation, we will discuss the background, identify the main issues and explain the most appropriate next steps.
The £75 fee covers only the reserved consultation time. It does not include a full Case Review, document drafting or any further work, and booking a consultation does not mean that Civil Litigation Consultancy has accepted instructions in the matter.
Once payment has been received, you will be invited to book your telephone consultation from the available appointment times.
If further assistance is appropriate, we will explain the next stage and any additional fees before work is undertaken.
